I decided to go fishing on Saturday after watching the welsh game of rugby, on my local syndicate water the weather conditions were fine but chilly, so i just baited up three swims with surf and turf boiles and consentrated on setting my rods up at first. then i casted 1 rod 30 /40 yards into the margins, second rod out into the middle of the water where the lily pads were, then the left hand rod was about 40 yards down into the margin so once the rods were settled i then concentrated setting up my bivvy and getting organised, when i was getting organised about 20mins later i recast the right hand rod back into the margin and prebaited up i got back inot my bivvy and heard my alarm going and thought it was a liner and as i turned around i had a screaming run he put up a hell of a fight which was a 20lb3oz common carp which is in the pic and then throught the day i was still baiting up then i lost one on Saturday night. Going into sunday morning it was very quiet with me on the bank on my own the weather was very poor and Sunday night going into Monday morn was still quiet and the weather was very treacherous with anothe angler on the bank opposite. I then packed up by 7am because i had work later that day.
