hi, looking at joining skewen a.c. this year, is there any plans of stocking the canal up my way yet? looking forward to fishing locally for a change hope to see some of you out and about.

hi mate, as yet we do not control the canal above tonna lock so we will not be spending money on stocking it, you may want to approach the EA to see if they have spare fish to put in from fish rescues etc. all the best. mike d

thanks, does anyone know if the Gnoll Community Fishery is very busy at moment my son would love to have a go at fishing and thought that it might be a good place for him to start

its not to bad at the moment. there are people fishing there but its far from busy. its fishing really well at the moment. loads of skimmers roach and rudd showing

day tickets can be bought from the cafe up the gnoll. i wouldnt recomend buying a season ticket as it will run out on march the 31st.
