hard. ice about 2-3 inches thick. the lake was freezing as we were fishing. brian won it. not sure what he had

hey callum we all have to start somewher and you will pick it all up soon enough there is so much more to match fishing than pleasure sessions and the more you take part and listen to what people have to say and watch what they do you wont go far wrong never be afraid to ask questions either you will pick it up very fast

well what a day. pegs were cleared of ice on the saturday, arrived the following day to find them completely solid. throwing ice breakers proved pointless as they were just bouncing off. the only way was do get into the boat and rock it like a mad man. after 3 hours we managed to clear 8 pegs for some hardy soles as the other 8 more sensible anglers headed for home. id like to thank everyone for turning up but unforunately mother nature put the mocha's on this match. the league match was cancelled and will be rearranged for another date. this was just a knock up match. it turned out a good day anyway with everyone catching. here are the results.
